All our pieces are handmade and made to order. For this reason, once we receive your order, we will need a few days to prepare it with the care that handcrafted work requires.

Bags: 7–10 days approx.

April Moon Jewelry: 5–7 days approx.

Phoenix Jewelry: 3–5 days approx.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

All shipments are handled through the GLS courier service, with tracking number and secure delivery.

We currently only ship in Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

If you require international shipping, please contact us and we will provide a personalized quote.

RETURNS POLICY

All handbags and jewelry available on this website are handcrafted to order, made specifically for each customer.

In accordance with Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, exchanges and returns are not accepted for products made according to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized.

Before shipping, each piece is carefully inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition. However, in the exceptional case that a product arrives damaged due to shipping, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, attaching photographs of the product and the packaging, so that we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution with the courier company responsible for the shipment.
