LA MODA EN LA CASA DE ALBA

We attended the lecture series "Fashion in the House of Alba", held for four weeks at the Liria Palace in Madrid, organized by Around Art.

Meeting and talking with the exhibition curators Lorenzo Caprile and Eloy Martínez de la Pera about fashion, art and history has been a huge privilege.

The last of the conferences was held by designer Jan Taminau and Sofía Palazuelo, and it was very interesting to learn about their career, their designs, review their most emblematic looks and the story behind each of them.

The guided tour of the exhibition, led by Eloy Martínez de la Pera himself, was a true marvel, thanks to the wealth of detail he shared and the presence of Blanca Pons Sorolla, great-granddaughter of the painter Joaquín Sorolla, who shared some anecdotes about the works on display.

The group photo with designer Jan Taminau, Eloy Martínez de la Pera and Blanca Pons Sorolla, among other attendees, is a great memory of our visit to the Liria Palace.
